Created biometric timeclock and associated administration
software for enrolling employees’ fingerprints, perform data reporting and
synchronizing data between server and devices. ·
Created multiple applications to synchronize employee, security
and timecard data between our systems and ADP EZ-Labor using technologies
such as ASP.NET, VB.NET, COM-accessible .NET class libraries and Visual Basic
6.0. This has almost eliminated duplicate data entry and increased data
accuracy. ·
Created methods using VB.NET to generate employee paycard
requests and paystub uploads for online access to paycards for the entire
organization from MAS90 and SQL Server databases. ·
Created and partially designed XML Web Service for Validex,
using standardized HR-XML schemas, allowing clients to order employment
background screening services through their HRIS system. The solution
also posted adjudicated results back to the client when services were
completed. It virtually eliminated duplicate data entry and greatly
increased accuracy for the client. ·
Designed and created invoicing application for XLC Services
as part of an upgrade from an older DOS-based system. This project
resulted in a much easier workflow, better reporting flexibility as well as
more presentable invoices. ·
Extended XLC invoicing application to import swiped timecard
data from ADP ezLabor templates. This project eliminated hand-entry
into our custom time-card entry application. ·
Designed and created custom web service for client-initiated
ordering of background checks via standardized HR-XML consortium
schemas. This allowed the client to order background checks directly
from their HRIS system, thereby increasing accuracy and streamlining their
process. ·
Automated display of Motor Vehicle background checks on
status reports by transforming XML documents by creating XSLT
Stylesheets. This project reduced our turnaround time for many states
from 72 hours to less than three minutes. ·
Helped design, construct, and implement new contact
management software for processing employment-screening services.
Turnaround time was substantially reduced and accuracy was greatly increased
since this application was implemented. ·
Regularly consulted regarding technical feasibility of
proposed enhancements and new functionality in the current environment. ·
Presently support and maintain most desktop and web
applications. These tasks include troubleshooting, fielding questions from
internal users, analyzing business needs, implementing change requests,

Outlook 98. This application made the distribution of sales reports much more
