·                      Designed and created custom web service for client-initiated ordering of background checks via standardized HR-XML consortium schemas.  This allowed the client to order background checks directly from their HRIS system, thereby increasing accuracy and streamlining their process.

·                      Automated display of Motor Vehicle background checks on status reports by transforming XML documents by creating XSLT Stylesheets.  This project reduced our turnaround time for many states from 72 hours to less than three minutes.

·                      Helped design, construct, and implement new contact management software for processing employment-screening services.  Turnaround time was substantially reduced and accuracy was greatly increased since this application was implemented.

·                      Presently support and maintain most desktop and web applications. These tasks include troubleshooting, fielding questions from internal users, analyzing business needs, implementing change requests, creating test plans, documentation, implementing change control through Microsoft SourceSafe and deploying new versions of software.
